What it is

Lando charges one flat fee of $10,000 for every visa it handles: the O-1, the L-1 and the E-1 and E-2.

The fee covers the full petition from the first evaluation to filing, and responses to a Request for Evidence are included at no extra cost. USCIS charges its own government fees separately, and you pay them directly to USCIS. If USCIS denies a petition Lando filed, Lando refunds its fee.

What you pay separately

USCIS changes its fees from time to time, so check the current amounts before filing.

  • USCIS government filing fees. They depend on the visa and, for some, on the size of the employer. They are paid directly to USCIS and are not part of Lando's fee.
  • USCIS premium processing, if you choose it and the petition is eligible. It is optional and paid to USCIS.
  • Any visa application fee charged by the U.S. Department of State if you apply for the visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate.

The fee-back guarantee

If USCIS denies a petition that Lando filed for you, Lando refunds its fee for that petition. USCIS government filing fees are not part of Lando's fee and are not refunded by Lando.

Lando only files petitions it believes are ready. No one can promise an outcome that USCIS decides, and Lando does not. The full wording is in section 4 of the Terms of Service.

How it works

From first call to filed petition

  1. 1. Evaluation

    You get an honest answer.

We review your situation on a 15-minute call and tell you honestly whether the visa fits and what would make the case stronger. No retainer. No commitment.

  2. 2. Strategy

You know exactly what your case looks like.

We map which company documents and evidence prove each requirement, and what is still missing. You see the full picture before we file anything.

  3. 3. Preparation

Your petition is built without you lifting a finger.

Our team drafts the support letters and the legal brief, curates every exhibit, and reviews the full petition before it leaves our hands. You approve. We file.

  4. 4. Filing

Filed. You get on with your life.

Your petition is filed at USCIS and we manage every communication from there. We handle any RFE at no extra charge.
