Lando exists to make the O-1 visa accessible to the founders, artists, engineers, and professionals who qualify for it but don't know it. Most people default to the H-1B lottery because it's the visa everyone talks about. The O-1 has no cap, no lottery, and no degree requirement — it rewards a documented track record instead.

What we do

We review your background against the USCIS O-1A and O-1B criteria, build your evidence strategy, coordinate expert and reference letters, draft the full petition, and file it with USCIS. We serve clients across the United States, France, Spain, Brazil, and the United Kingdom, in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Lando is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Every petition is prepared and reviewed in coordination with licensed U.S. immigration attorneys. We handle strategy, evidence, and case management; the attorneys we work with handle the legal brief and filing sign-off.
