Lando prepares O-1, L-1, E-1 and E-2 visa petitions for founders, executives, investors, artists and engineers. Prepared in coordination with licensed U.S. immigration attorneys, in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Lando exists to make US work and business visas accessible to the founders, executives, investors, artists, and engineers who qualify for them but don't know it. Most people default to the H-1B lottery because it's the visa everyone talks about. The O-1 has no cap and no lottery, and it rewards a documented track record. The L-1 moves executives, managers and specialists inside a multinational. The E-1 and E-2 let nationals of treaty countries trade with or invest in the United States.

What we do: End-to-end visa petitions

We review your situation against the requirements of the visa that fits: the USCIS O-1A and O-1B criteria, the L-1 tests for a qualifying company relationship and role, or the E-1 and E-2 treaty tests. We build your evidence strategy, coordinate expert and reference letters, draft the full petition, and file it with USCIS.   3. Preparation: We build your petition. You review and approve. Our team writes the support letters, drafts the legal brief, curates every exhibit, and reviews the full petition before it leaves our hands. You approve. We file.
  4. Filing: Filed. You get on with your life. Your petition is filed at USCIS and we manage every communication from there. Where premium processing is available and you choose it, USCIS takes action within 15 business days. We handle any RFE at no extra charge.
