What an O-1 petition costs: Lando's $10,000 flat fee, the USCIS filing fees, optional premium processing, and exactly what the price includes.
Quick answer. Lando charges a flat $10,000 for the full O-1 petition, with responses to any Request for Evidence (RFE) included at no extra cost. USCIS charges its own government fees separately, and you pay those directly to USCIS. For a standard-size employer the required USCIS fees total $1,655; premium processing is optional and adds $2,965.
Part 1: Lando's fee, $10,000 flat
One price covers the petition from the first evaluation to filing: your evidence strategy, expert and reference letters, the legal brief, the exhibits, and filing with USCIS. Part 2: USCIS government fees, paid to USCIS
These fees are set by USCIS, are paid to USCIS, and are not part of Lando's fee. Amounts below come from USCIS's fee schedule (Form G-1055) as of September 2026. USCIS updates fees periodically, so check the current schedule before you file.

What these numbers do not include
- Your spouse's and children's O-3 applications, which may have their own USCIS fees.
- Any later filing, such as an extension or amendment, which is a separate petition.
Why a flat fee
You know the price before you start, and an RFE does not add to it. Whoever you compare, ask two things: whether RFE responses are included, and what happens to the fee if the petition is denied.
