# O-1 Visa Service Comparison: Price, RFE and Refund Terms

Compare published O-1 visa service prices from Lando, Manifest Law, Extraordinary and Alma, and what each says about RFE responses and refunds. Checked October 2026.

Page reviewed October 8, 2026.

What it is

Published O-1 prices start at about $6,999 for Manifest Law's flat-fee plans and reach $10,000 for Lando and Extraordinary, but the figures are not like for like.

Lando's $10,000 includes RFE responses and a fee refund if USCIS denies a petition Lando filed. Extraordinary quotes RFE responses separately.

## How do published O-1 prices compare?

Figures come from each company's own published pages, checked in October 2026. Prices and terms change, and Lando is one of the companies compared, so confirm every figure with the provider before you decide.

| Provider | Published O-1 figure | RFE responses | If USCIS denies |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Lando | $10,000 flat, USCIS fees separate | Included | Lando's fee refunded for a petition it filed. Terms apply |
| Manifest Law | Flat-fee plans advertised from $6,999; its founder page quotes one price on a strategy call | Not stated on its founder page | Refund of all or part of legal fees if conditions are met, depending on the plan |
| Extraordinary | $10,000 preparation fee. Its pricing page shows government fees of $3,795 including premium processing (Lando's cost page: $3,495 to $4,620 by employer size) | Quoted separately once USCIS issues the notice | No guarantee mentioned on its pricing page |
| Alma | About $8,000 to over $10,000, depending on services and processing speed | Not stated in its cost guide | Not stated in its cost guide |

## What should I compare besides the headline price?

- Whether RFE responses are included. A Request for Evidence can add a large cost if it is quoted separately.
- What happens to the fee if USCIS denies the petition, and the conditions attached.
- Whether USCIS government fees and premium processing are inside the figure or on top of it.
- Who prepares and signs the petition, and whether licensed attorneys review it.
- Whether the price covers expert and reference letters, the legal brief and every exhibit.

## What does the market charge overall?

Published guides put O-1 attorney fees at roughly $5,000 to $15,000 and the all-in total, with USCIS fees, at roughly $9,000 to $25,000. The sources disagree and many sell the service, so treat the range as orientation.

How it works

## From first call to filed petition

- 1. Evaluation

### You get an honest answer.

We review your background on a 15-minute call and tell you honestly whether you have a strong case, and exactly what evidence would make it stronger. No retainer. No commitment.
- 2. Strategy

### You know exactly what your case looks like.

We build your custom evidence map: which achievements to lead with, which expert letters to commission, and which USCIS criteria your background meets. You see the full picture before we file anything.
- 3. Preparation

### Your petition is built without you lifting a finger.

Our team writes your expert support letters, drafts the legal brief, curates every exhibit, and reviews the full petition before it leaves our hands. You approve. We file.
- 4. Filing

### Filed. You get on with your life.

Your petition is filed at USCIS and we manage every communication from there. For the O-1, filing can take about two weeks once your documents are ready. We handle any RFE at no extra charge.

## Common questions

Which O-1 visa service is cheapest?+

On published figures, Manifest Law advertises flat-fee plans from $6,999 and Alma cites about $8,000 to over $10,000. Lando and Extraordinary list $10,000. The figures are not like for like, because RFE responses, refunds and government fees are treated differently, so compare terms and not only price.

Does a flat fee include RFE responses?+

Not always. Lando's $10,000 flat fee includes responses to any Request for Evidence. Extraordinary quotes RFE responses separately. Ask every provider in writing whether an RFE response is inside the quoted fee.

Does Lando refund its fee if USCIS denies the petition?+

Yes. If USCIS denies a petition that Lando filed, Lando refunds its fee for that petition. USCIS government fees are not part of Lando's fee and are not refunded by Lando. Terms apply.

Is Lando a law firm?+

No. Lando is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Petitions are prepared in coordination with licensed U.S. immigration attorneys.
